Nurse Cha: 1; Underpants Gnomes: 0

In spite of the fact that I wrote it in an exhausted, overworked, caffeine-toxic fugue state, my PSPR paper was deemed acceptable by the nursing faculty of Excelsior College. I am quite relieved, and fired up to tackle the rest of the semester.

It puts a BIG Kool-Aid smile on my face that a nursing program is giving me credit for teaching nurses a skill that paramedics take for granted. Excelsior is a pain in the ass sometimes, but I have to admit that their program has probably helped more paramedics than any other nursing program out there. It makes me wonder what the faculty think of us, if they give it any thought at all.
